Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not accept returns from India. Once an order has been shipped to an Indian address, it is not eligible for return or refund.

In some cases, shipments to India may be held or seized by customs. We will do our best to prevent this from happening, but if it does occur, the customer assumes full responsibility and no refund will be issued.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us via the "Contact us" section on our website. Please note that returns will need to be shipped to the address we will provide once the return is requested.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide the necessary information on how and where to send your package. Please note that it's your responsibility to arrange the return shipment and to ensure the item reaches us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note that any decrease in the value of the product, including return shipping costs, will be borne by the customer. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via the "Contact us" section of our website.

Important Notice for Bodysuits

Bodysuits cannot be canceled or returned. Each piece is made individually for the customer once the order is placed, and canceling such an order would result in production losses. For this reason, all bodysuit orders are considered final and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once confirmed.
