This silicone pregnancy belly prosthetic is designed for cosplay, photography, theatre, film and other character work where a convincing maternity silhouette is needed. The sculpted shape adds realistic projection to the abdomen while the flexible silicone follows the body during normal movement.
Shape & Visual Detail
The belly contour is designed to create a clear pregnancy profile with a smooth transition across the torso. Different products in this range offer different amounts of projection, coverage and internal structure, so the final effect can vary from a smaller baby bump to a much fuller maternity silhouette.
Options & Configuration
The product is offered in Caucasian, Natural, Tan and Dark color options. Pregnancy-line options are available. If several size options are available, choose according to the amount of projection you want rather than relying only on your usual clothing size.
Fit & Wear
Position the prosthetic evenly around the torso and make small adjustments until the weight and tension feel balanced. Avoid pulling forcefully on a single edge. Clothing can then be layered over the piece depending on the look required for the costume, performance or photoshoot.
Care
Clean with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly and allow the silicone to dry completely before storage. Keep the prosthetic away from sharp objects, direct heat and prolonged sunlight. A light dusting of powder suitable for silicone can help reduce surface tackiness during handling.
Processing & Shipping
Most of our products are made to order. Standard processing time is usually 5–10 business days before dispatch.
Orders that include custom hair, wigs, beards, body hair, tattoos, or other custom modifications may require approximately 1 additional week of processing time.
Once your order is ready, we ship worldwide using DHL Express. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
DHL Express delivery usually takes 2–6 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Returns
For eligible products, we offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

The Aurora Cosplay twinner belly is very large and very round, much more rounder than the pictures here show, but it has the same nice drop shape like the singelton if you wear it correctly.
I'm 187 cm high and my weight is around 86 kilos, so the belly fits me perfect with a D Breastplate. My measuring tape around the belly shows 137 cm when i standing, which is very massive. If laying down, the tape shows 132 cm and if sitting its near 143cm. While the Aurora Cosplay singelton belly is a "football" when you wear it, this twinner is the "yoga" or "gym" ball, for comparison.
You will carry wide with this twinner, the sides are as wide a my hips, which are a feature i was waiting for. Because of the "fundal high" near 60cm you will feel pleasured if sitting down, rest your hands on the top of the belly, read a book and feel the movement of the belly under your hands.
The belly spreads your legs nicely if you sitting down and the sides even get such round that they strike your ellbows if you try to do something on a table. You will always feel something "is in the way" with this great belly.
Laying on your side and resting the hands on the wide sides of the belly is very arousing. I sleept with it 4 days in follow without problems.
There is even enough space to put two (or more) heartbeating devices under it to simulate the heartbeats of the twins inside you, which i always do then wearing it.
The weight is good to wear, it waddles perfect if you walk. It stays on the same place the whole night, even if you temporarily laying on the belly.
If you doing housework while wearing the belly, you will feel pleasured then bend down to get up socks or so. If you want to get the top of the fun, try to clean a tight bathroom while pregged up with this, you will have to spread your legs more often than you'd like :)
What is fun too, is trying "prenatal yoga" on a gym ball, because you think things like "my babybump seems more bigger than the ball which i'm sitting on..."
