To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If approved, you can expect your refund to be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, although please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We ship to virtually any address in the world, but please note there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, fees, and taxes associated with their order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as any additional delivery cost. We do not provide refunds or credits for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided but not received.
Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable and that in cases of returns or exchanges, customers bear the responsibility for any additional shipping costs.
