Fit & Dressing
Full-body silicone pieces should be put on gradually rather than pulled aggressively from one point. Work the material into position section by section and make sure seams and openings are not under unnecessary tension. Final fit depends on your measurements and the specific model.
Care & Storage
Clean gently with mild soap and water after use and allow the suit to dry completely. A light dusting of powder suitable for silicone can reduce friction when dressing and make the surface easier to handle. Store supported, away from sharp objects, high heat and direct sunlight.
Processing & Shipping
Most of our products are made to order. Standard processing time is usually 5–10 business days before dispatch.
Orders that include custom hair, wigs, beards, body hair, tattoos, or other custom modifications may require approximately 1 additional week of processing time.
Once your order is ready, we ship worldwide using DHL Express. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Returns
For eligible products, we offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
Important: Bodysuits and silicone masks are made to order and are final sale. They cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started, except in cases of damage, defects, or an incorrect item being received.
