Returns Policy
At Aurora Cosplay Accessories, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, simply contact us via the "Contact us" section on our website. Please note that it's your responsibility to arrange the return shipment and to ensure the item reaches us. Any decrease in the value of the product, including return shipping costs, will be borne by the customer.
If approved, you can expect your refund to be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, although please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via the "Contact us" section of our website.
Shipping Policy
We strive to process all orders within 2-15 business days, not including weekends or holidays. We collaborate with premium shipping services, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to ensure reliable and timely deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.
We ship to virtually any address in the world, but please note there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, fees, and taxes associated with their order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as any additional delivery cost. We do not provide refunds or credits for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided but not received.
Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable and that in cases of returns or exchanges, customers bear the responsibility for any additional shipping costs. However, we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
